The Inner Harbour Land Use Plan envisions a complete transformation of the Lantic Sugar property from an industrial site to one of the region's most exciting and inspiring amenities - Round Reef Marine Park . The Park would include a wonderful new public space on the waterfront, providing a unique opportunity to access the water directly and to experience the power of the Bay of Fundy tides.
In conjunction with private sector investments at the site, the Round Reef Marine Park would balance the high level of activity found further along the Uptown Waterfront.
