Harbour Passage has been awarded the Randy Dickinson Community Inclusion Award in recognition of furthering the inclusion of persons with disabilities within the area of recreation, sport and active living in New Brunswick.  The award was presented by Recreation New Brunswick during their 2006 Conference & Tradeshow.

Harbour Passage has been awarded a Regional Merit Award by the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects in the Design Category!   The CSLA Professional Awards Program is sponsored by the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects to recognize and encourage excellence in all aspects of the profession; and to promote a strong awareness of landscape architecture as a profession among related professions, potential clients, and the general public.

The Saint John Waterfront Development Partnership's Inner Harbour Land Use Plan has been awarded the Canadian Institute of Planners' (CIP) Award of Excellence! The Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) has existed since 1919 and is the national professional institute and certification body for some 6,300 professional planners across Canada.
